01 / ONE GROUP, THREE BOSSES

Working together.
Keeping our identities.

Three roofing businesses.
A shared way forward.

The Roofketeers brings Titan Roofing, AS Roofing and Revived Roofing into one organisation, run together by three bosses: Sean Smith, Jesse Hilden and Jimmy James.

Sean runs Titan Roofing, Jesse runs AS Roofing, and Jimmy runs Revived Roofing. Together, they lead the Roofketeers while keeping the individual companies at the heart of the group.

For customers, the important point is clarity. The Roofketeers name connects the businesses, and the company handling your project remains clearly identified. You should know who is quoting for the work, who is responsible for delivering it, and who to contact afterwards.

02 / WHAT EACH COMPANY KEEPS

The name you choose.
The standards behind it.

REPUTATION

Its own reputation

Each company keeps the reputation attached to its own name. When choosing a business, look at that company's previous work, customer feedback and experience with the type of roofing project you need.

Being part of the Roofketeers adds a shared identity while preserving the individual business customers are choosing.

WORK STANDARDS

Its own work standards

Each company remains responsible for the standards of the work it agrees to carry out. Your quote should explain the scope of the job, the materials proposed and the finish you can expect.

Discuss these details with the company handling your project so the agreed work and expectations are clear before it begins.

GUARANTEES

Its own guarantee terms

Each company's guarantees remain attached to the work and terms it provides. Ask for any applicable guarantee in writing, including who issues it, what it covers, its duration and any conditions.

Coverage depends on the company, the work agreed and the written terms supplied for your project.

03 / YOUR ROOFING PROJECT

From first conversation
to aftercare.

Know who is doing
what, from the start.

01

Choose your company

Explore Titan Roofing, AS Roofing and Revived Roofing. Discuss your roofing needs with the business you want to work with and confirm that it can cover your location and the work required.

02

Understand the proposal

Before agreeing to the work, confirm the company issuing your quote, what is included, the proposed materials, payment terms and expected timing. Ask questions about anything that needs explaining.

03

Agree the standards and guarantees

Make sure the expected workmanship and finish are understood. Confirm any workmanship or manufacturer guarantee offered for the job and ask for the relevant written terms.

04

Keep a clear point of contact

Confirm who is managing your project and who you should speak to about progress, changes or questions. Any changes to the agreed work or price should be clearly recorded.

05

Know where to turn afterwards

Keep your quote, invoice and any guarantee documents. For aftercare or a concern about the work, contact the company responsible for your project and follow the process set out in its terms.

04 / CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Your questions,
explained.

Who runs the Roofketeers?

Sean Smith of Titan Roofing, Jesse Hilden of AS Roofing, and Jimmy James of Revived Roofing run the Roofketeers together. Each also runs his own roofing business.

Do the three companies keep their own names?

Yes. Titan Roofing, AS Roofing and Revived Roofing keep their own identities within the Roofketeers organisation, along with the reputation and work standards behind each business.

Who is responsible for my roofing work?

The company named in your project agreement should clearly set out its responsibilities. Check your quote and agreement before work starts, and confirm your main point of contact.

Does every project have the same guarantee?

Guarantees depend on the company, the type of work and the terms offered for your project. Confirm the provider, coverage, duration and conditions in writing. Workmanship guarantees and product warranties may have different terms.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Start with the company responsible for your project, using the contact and aftercare details in your paperwork. Keep a record of the issue and refer to any applicable written guarantee terms.

WHY CHOOSE A ROOFKETEERS COMPANY?

Three companies.
More behind your roof.

The confidence of your chosen roofer.
The strength of a wider group.

Choosing a roofer who is part of the Roofketeers connects your project with three businesses led by Sean Smith, Jesse Hilden and Jimmy James. Their combined experience brings a wider range of roofing knowledge to the group, while your chosen company remains your clear point of contact.

01 / SHARED GUARANTEE

Confidence beyond completion

A shared Roofketeers guarantee brings the group's commitment to standing behind its work into your project. Before work begins, ask for the written guarantee explaining which companies back it, what is covered, how long it lasts and how to make a claim.

The guarantee supplied for your job defines the coverage and conditions.

02 / COMBINED EXPERIENCE

Three businesses' knowledge

Three companies bring experience from different properties, roof types and project challenges. That wider knowledge gives the group more perspectives to draw on when considering the right approach to your roof.

03 / DIFFERENT TYPES OF WORK

From a repair to a bigger project

Whether you need help with a leak, routine maintenance, a roof replacement or a larger roofing project, discuss it with your chosen company. The group can consider the skills your job needs and confirm who is best placed to handle it.

04 / SHARED PROBLEM-SOLVING

More perspectives on the tricky jobs

A challenging roof can benefit from another experienced viewpoint. Working within one organisation creates an opportunity for the three bosses to share ideas and consider different solutions when a project needs a closer look.

05 / CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY

A company you can put a name to

You choose Titan, AS or Revived, with a named boss behind each business. Your quote and agreement should identify who is responsible for your work, keeping communication and aftercare clear.

06 / LOCAL CONNECTIONS

A group with local roots

Titan covers Watford and surrounding areas, AS covers Slough and surrounding areas, and Revived covers Farnborough and surrounding areas. Choose the team suited to your location and discuss your project directly.

Tell us where you are and what your roof needs. Start a conversation with the company you'd like to work with.
